At Hiwayhifi we offer you complete peace of mind when it comes to returns. Our dedicated returns management team will respond to your request no later than 48 business hours should there be a fault with any of the items you purchased.
Therefore, in order to deal with your request faster and efficiently we request you to provide us the following information so we can direct your query to the right member of our team.
Goods Arrived Damaged:
Since we use a number of courier companies to deliver your purchase faster and on time, these couriers may also have different procedures in place before the item is finally delivered to you.
Therefore, in the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged we would request you to notify us immediately before you sign off the delivery by giving us a call at 020 7723 5251.
If you cannot get through to one of our team members in time and the driver is in a hurry for other appointments, then we would kindly request you to either sign for the delivery as “Item received damaged" or "Packaging damaged” as a proof for reference or refuse the delivery and email us at email@example.com within 24hours highlighting the details.
We advise all our customers to check their items for any visible packaging damage / dent / scratches or missing parts upon delivery so to make sure we can assist you and replace your item in time.
Please Note: Hiwayhifi shall not take any responsibility for any external damagaes to your goods which are not inspected at the time of delivery bu the customer and notified to us in time as mentioned above and unfortunately, in any such events the goods cannot be replced directly.
All products on our site are covered with minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty or more on certain items. Should your product becomes faulty within the first 14 days after it was delivered to you we will replace the item for you without any charge. Kindly email all the details regarding the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org
Kindly Note: Please ensure the goods are packed safely in its original packaging along with all other items supplied including any free promotional products before the collection is made to avoid charges.
After we have received your product in our warehouse our engineers will inspect the fault highlighted and replace the item for you.
If the goods returned are found not faulty or if found faulty but not in "as new" condition we reserve the right to cancel your returns request and delivery the item back to you will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
Non-Defective / Change of Mind / Unwanted Gift:
You have the right to cancel your order in part or full within 14 working days should you change your mind, however you will be liable for the cost of returning the product back to us. Please notify us via email at email@example.com.
All goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging and condition they were supplied in together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product.
All goods must be returned with the original proof of purchase or the order reference.
Kindly Note: Delivery charges will be deducted when processing a refund of your order and if you have paid for premium delivery services that would not be refunded.
