When shopping for electronics and domestic appliances, you want to make sure you leave nothing to chance. So, in case you do have any queries, we've created a list of some of our most Frequently Asked Questions to help you save some time.

1) What type of products and brands do you supply?

We sell everything from digital cameras to 3D Smart TV’s to Home Cinema Systems and are authorised dealers for all the major high street brands, with competitive prices and quality after sales and services.

 

2) Do you offer 0% (interest free) finance on your products?

Yes we offer Buy Now Pay Later finance on all orders over £750.00 You can select to pay via the interest free finance scheme on our website with a 5 minute quick application or give us a call in–store and we will assist you in placing your order. 3) What if I can't see the item I want on the site?

Simply ask us, either by sending an email or telephoning our showroom, and we'll do what we can to get the item in stock for you.

 

4) When will my goods be delivered?

We offer various delivery options for you to choose from including expedited and saturday deliveries for in stock items. To find out more about our delivery services please visit our delivery section by clicking here.

 

5) How do I know when my order will be delivered?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will include details of how you can track your order.

 

6) Can I change the delivery date of my order after it has been placed?

Yes you can. To change your delivery date please call our customer services at 020 7723 5251 48 hours before your actual delivery date. Any changes after this time may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

  

7) What happens if my goods arrive faulty or damaged?

All products are dispatched from our warehouse after full inspection to make sure you get the right product and in it’s original brand new condition, however In the unlikely event your product does arrive damaged then please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) quoting your order reference or invoice number and details of the problem.

 

8) What if my product breaksdown or develops a fault?

If your product develops a fault within the first 28 days of your purchase then simply fill in an RMA form and send it back to us with all the details filled in. We will then arrange to either pick up the goods and repair it for you, or replace it if the product is unable to be repaired. Please note: The product should be returned in it’s original packaging with all the accessories and any promotional items supplied with it to avoid charges.

  

9) Can you collect my old product?

11) Do you offer extended warranty?

12) Do you price match? 

At Hiwayhifi we try to match any legitimate competitor price. Please call our sales team on 020 7723 5251 if you have seen a product that you wish to buy cheaper elsewhere.

 

13) What should I do if I have a complaint?
